What amounts did Selank studies use?

Selank dosage numbers are study facts, not instructions.

Animal tests used body-weight amounts. Russian human studies used nose drops. Neither gives you a safe personal amount.

Selank study amounts don't guide personal use

This page lists Selank amounts from published tests. It tells how those tests were run. It gives no plan for taking Selank. No personal amount appears here.

Animal studies tied each amount to body weight. One rat brain test gave 300 micrograms per kilogram of rat weight [4]; a microgram is one millionth of a gram. Russian human studies used nose drops made with 0.15% Selank. Those courses lasted a few weeks.

Before the body broke Selank into smaller pieces, it stayed in blood for only minutes. Some pieces may last longer in the body. That idea isn't well proved in people. See the effects page for safety gaps.

You can use these numbers to read each paper. They can't set a safe amount for your body. A doctor would need much stronger human evidence.

Selank dosage changed from one study to another

Animal tests often used 100–300 micrograms per kilogram of animal weight as the Selank dosage. One rat test used 300 millionths of a gram per kilogram once. After one hour, scientists found 45 differences in how brain cells used gene instructions [4]. The test didn't show whether the differences helped.

Russian human studies used a 0.15% liquid in nose drops. Some courses lasted two weeks, while others lasted three [6][16]. Those facts describe only the study visits. The reports can't set a safe amount for your body.

Animal amounts don't carry straight over to people. Body size isn't the only difference. The nose drops also came from a set study supply. A seller's vial may not match it.

Selank half life appears to be only minutes

Selank half life is how long the blood level takes to fall by half. Before the body breaks Selank into smaller parts, that time seems to be minutes. Extra linked pieces slow the breakdown. Even so, the body clears intact Selank fast.

Those smaller pieces may keep working after that. Human researchers haven't timed the full effect well [6]. Users often say one use feels brief. Their reports aren't a clocked study.

A short blood life doesn't prove a short felt effect. The two times can differ by a great deal. Researchers still need to measure both in people. Until then, you can't turn minutes in blood into a dosing clock.

Selank nasal spray follows the Russian study route

Russian studies used a 0.15% Selank nasal spray or nose drops [6]. The nose bypasses the stomach and intestines, which break the compound apart. That made the route useful for study. It doesn't prove safe use at home.

Researchers gave mice Selank by nose and by a shot into the space around the belly organs. Both methods produced much the same brain effects [15]. Other rodent work used shots under the skin or into veins. Those methods were research choices, not advice.

A nose route can still carry risks. The liquid may sting or contain the wrong material. Study supplies don't prove the quality of a seller's bottle.

A Selank peptide protocol isn't settled for people

A Selank peptide protocol would give an amount and timing. The studies don't offer a safe home plan. Several-week courses of nose drops appear in Russian human tests [6][16]. Animal tests used single or repeated amounts.

Websites that supply chemicals to labs may ship Selank as a dry powder. Mixing and storage can change what's in the vial. Selank isn't an approved medicine. This page gives no amount, timing, or mixing steps.

A study also uses trained staff and a known supply. Home use doesn't copy those safeguards. That gap matters when you see a study schedule online.

No tested amount has been set for you

FDA approval hasn't been granted for Selank. Most amount data come from animals or Russian work [6]. No outside team has set a human standard [6]. Researchers also haven't measured how long intact Selank stays in many people.

Each number above belongs to one study. It doesn't become a personal amount. Read Selank effects for the open risks. The references page lists each source.

You can bring a study to your doctor. A doctor can compare it with your health record. The study alone can't make the choice.
